Sweet Cheeks Rescue – Clive, our birding mentor, had a Quaker given to him by a lady who rescued him after she “fell” from a nest near her house. She picked up the baby, fed and Dr’d her and took her to Clive’s store to rehome. Clive knew the we liked Quakers and gave her to us when we went in to get food one time. She was a sweet companion for years.
